Returns policy
LUXXURE COSMETIC offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. You can file the return/exchange only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. Kindly note that parcel unboxing video is mandatory. You have to raise a return/replacement within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- Step 1: Within 48 hours of receiving the order, get in touch with our Customer Support staff via email at luxxurecosmetic@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +91 9624414287.
- Step 2: Send us a request to return, replace, or refund your product along with the specifics of your order ID. For our records, kindly submit a picture of the item, the shipping box, or unboxing videos together with the invoice.
- Step 3: The merchandise will be picked up by us in two to four business days. As soon as the products are received in their original packaging with their seal, labels, and barcodes intact, we will start the refund or replacement procedure.
Once the goods is received and carefully inspected, we will begin the refund process, including picking it up together with the packaging box.
Note: Availability of stock is a determining factor in cases when replacement is necessary. Should a replacement not be available, you will receive a refund in the amount specified on the invoice.
The free gift is part of the item order and must be returned with the goods that was provided in the first place.
If any of the products in your order are defective, please file a single complaint as a return or replacement will only be scheduled once.
If you have placed an order for more than one item, you can start a return, exchange, or refund request for each individual item. All components of the goods, as well as any free gifts or additional items that came with it, must be returned with the item, though.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Used or open sealed products
- In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)
- Returned without original packaging including, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Cancellation policy
An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. In case you change your mind, you can cancel the product within 2 hrs of order placement. You can send us an email on luxxurecosmetic@gmail.com with reasons of cancellation or call us at +91 9624414287 (Mon - Sat: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse (Applicable only in the case where you have raised the cancelation request within 2 hours of order placement)
